The Bears Perth Inc. Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 12th April 2025 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm (doors open at 6:30pm) at Loton Park Tennis Club. The Bears committee will give a report on the club's activities in the past year, open the floor to all Bears members for any questions / queries / comments before voting in the new committee for the year 2025-2026.

Committee Self-Nomination

Members are welcomed and highly encouraged to attend, as a 20% quorum of financial members is required to conduct business at the AGM. Prospective committee members can complete this online Self-Nomination form, or fill out the Self-Nomination form attached below and send it to secretary@bearsperth.com (note: your member ID can be found on your digital membership card, or at the front desk at any given Den Night).

Proxy Voting

Those who cannot attend the AGM in person but would like to have a fellow Bears member to vote on your behalf, please complete this online Proxy Voting form, or fill out the Proxy Voting form .pdf below and send it to secretary@bearsperth.com (can also be handed in by your proxy on the date of the AGM).

Public Transport

As the 12th of April coincides with HBF Park's sporting event, it is recommended that members arrive at the venue via public transport. Please refer to the map below for public transport routes:

Temporary Parking Permit

The Bears has also worked with the City of Vincent to procure 30 temporary parking permits for those hoping to arrive by car, please refer to the following page for information on the Temporary Parking Permits

Other AGM materials including the President's report, Treasurer's report, Secretary's report, 2024 AGM minutes and 2025 AGM agenda will be provided via email to all current members in the upcoming weeks. Please keep an eye out for them!

Once concluded, the AGM will be followed by a standard Saturday Den Night from 8:00pm to 12:00am.
