Grizzly Board Games are for anyone 18+ and male-identifying (cis or trans) — whether you're a seasoned bear, a curious cub, or somewhere in between, you're welcome to game with us! 🐻 Join us as we take over a space at the Hyde Park Hotel and crack out the board games for some nerdy excitement. We'll have a selection of board games available to join in on, from cooperative to competitive, relaxing to challenging. Bears Perth Den Nights are for anyone 18+ and male-identifying (cis or trans) — whether you’re a seasoned bear, a curious cub, or somewhere in between, you’re welcome in the den! 🐻 Bring your mates, bring the boys, even bring your dad! Get ready for a night of fun, friendship, and fur. Nibbles are provided throughout the night, with cheap drinks at the bar (extra-special member prices 🍻). Plus, every entry gets you into the door prize draw, and don’t forget our raffle for even more goodies. Growl: Underbear is a male and male-identifying only event, with an underwear-only clothing policy — underwear and footwear only, no exceptions. All other events are open to all genders. Welcome Drinks Wednesday 23 September, 7:00pm — The Flaming Galah, Fremantle Kick off the festivities in style. Take in the beautiful sights of Freo, meet some new friends, and catch up with familiar mates. DJ Dan's on the decks and your first drink's included. Meet the Contestants Thursday 24 September, 7:30pm — Loton Park Tennis Club Get to know the Mr Bear Perth hopefuls at our home base. A Den Night on steroids with cheap drinks, finger food and plenty of mingling. Growl: Underbear Friday 25 September, 8:00pm — Perth Steam Works Strip down and let loose at our infamous underwear-only dance party with Wruff DJs. Cheeky fun at a licensed sex-on-premises venue. Mr Bear Perth Competition Saturday 26 September, doors 6:30pm for a 7:00pm show — Connections Nightclub The main event. Three fierce rounds as our contestants compete for the title of Mr Bear Perth 2026. Expect heart, laughs and community pride. Western Roundoff After Party Sunday 27 September, 6:00pm — Hyde Park Hotel Unwind and celebrate the weekend with food, drinks and good company. Your first drink is on us, and Monday's a public holiday.

Expect a relaxed evening of mingling, good vibes and connection — a chance to mix with other attendees and meet the contestants in a casual, welcoming setting. Never been to a Bears event before? This is the perfect friendly evening to start your journey, and first-timers are especially welcome. Enjoy our staple cheap drinks and tasty finger food as you get to know the people behind the competition. This is a night for open dress — leather, pup gear, casual, or whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. We warmly welcome our brethren from other bear clubs, pups, leatherfolk, and all members of our vibrant and diverse community. It's held at Perth Steam Works, a licensed sex-on-premises venue — if you haven't been before, read their first-timers guide so you know what to expect. Join Bears Perth for our infamous Growl: Underbear party. Strip down and bear it all for a night of cheeky fun — we're turning up the heat to celebrate Western Roundup the naughty way. Growl: Underbear has an underwear-only clothing policy. You must be prepared to wear underwear and footwear only, no exceptions. Other intimate apparel such as harnesses, vests and hoods is welcome and encouraged. Lockers, cloakroom and changerooms are available on site.
